5. Presentable U does NOT guarantee your presentation success! Individual results depend on personal effort, commitment, and other outside factors we cannot control.

6. This is not a PowerPoint tutorial. Please do not expect to learn how to use the PowerPoint application in this course.

7. You are NOT purchasing the content forever. Your cost purchases unlimited, single use access to the entire course for 45 days from date of purchase.

8. Presentable U, Mike Vayda, and Vayda Productions take no responsibility for the results of your presentations. There is no guarantee of financial, career or other success.

9. Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with the course, you are entitled to a full refund, under the following conditions;

Request the refund within 14 days of having signed up for the course;
Give the content a fair try; completing at least 30% of the course.
Simply email us and we'll give you a full refund.
